Cloned credit cards used at Belks, thief’s ID sought

Richland County authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman caught on surveillance video purchasing 3 purses and 4 gift cards with cloned credit card information.

The purchases were made February 24 at the Belk department store located at 670 Promenade Place off Two Notch Road, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said n a news release.

The thief allegedly used fake credit cards that had legitimate credit card information copied onto them. She is described as a black female in her early 20s. She was seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.
