Two men seen Friday night with man found dead Saturday sought by Richland authorities

Richland County deputies discovered a body in the road on the 1100 block of Blue Ridge Terrace Saturday morning and now would like to talk to two men seen with the man Friday night, sheriff Leon Lott said in a news release.

Three photographs were released by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department showing the two men seen with the male victim. One man is wearing a knit hat and yellow shirt, the other man is seen smoking a cigarette and wearing water boots.

Authorities hope to identify these two men because “they may have vital information in reference to this case,” Lott said.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the time and cause of death of the victim.

The Sheriff is asking these men to come forward, or if anyone knows the identity of these men to please call the Richland County Sheriff's Department at 803-576-3102.
