Police seek suspect in armed robbery at Springdale hotel

The Springdale Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating a man wanted for armed robbery.

Two men used a firearm to rob an individual at the Carolina Lodge, at 2204 Airport Boulevard, on Aug. 14. according to Springdale Police Chief Kevin Cornett.

Keith D. Robinson, 19, one of the suspects, was arrested Aug. 18, according to Cornett. Robinson was charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a weapon by a prohibited person.

Cornett said investigators are trying to locate the second suspect, and have released an image of him taken from surveillance cameras at the hotel.
