Do you recognize this man?

Columbia Police appealed to the public for help identifying a man in surveillance photos who is wanted in connection to the armed robbery of a woman early Monday morning, August 15.

The woman told police she was waiting for her ride to work around 1:30 a.m. at the at the intersection of Rosewood Drive and South Beltline Boulevard. A light-skinned black male man came up behind her and, with a gun in his hand, demanded her belongings, which included a purse, cash and a tablet.

The woman was not injured in the armed robbery, police said.
