Students from Richland 1, other areas can eat lunch free Thursday, Friday

Richland 1 will serve lunch to children Thursday and Friday at several district schools: Burnside, Carver-Lyon, Hyatt Park, South Kilbourne and John P. Thomas elementaries, St. Andrews Middle and Lower Richland High.

Children who live within the Richland 1school attendance zone, as well as children from other areas, may eat lunch free from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday and Friday in the school cafeterias at those five sites. Children do not have to provide identification to receive meals.

Burnside Elementary, 7300 Patterson Road, Columbia

Carver-Lyon Elementary, 2100 Waverly St., Columbia

Hyatt Park Elementary, 4200 Main St., Columbia

South Kilbourne Elementary, 1400 South Kilbourne Road, Columbia

John P. Thomas Elementary, 6001 Weston Ave., Columbia

St. Andrews Middle, 1231 Bluefield Road, Columbia

Lower Richland High, 2615 Lower Richland Blvd., Hopkins
