A free demonstration by the Marine Corps' world-renowned Battle Color Detachment at the Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort parade field on March 23, 2015. The Battle Color Detachment is comprised of three highly skilled, professional ceremonial units from the oldest post in the Corps, Marine Barracks Washington, D.C., also known as "8th and I." The three units, the Marine Corps Drum & Bugle Corps, the Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon, and the Marine Corps Color Guard, travel worldwide to demonstrate the discipline and professionalism of the United States Marines, and visit the Tri-Command annually.
