Super Bowl champ Aaron Donald lists California ‘trophy estate’ for $6.2M. Take a look
After helping lead the Los Angeles Rams to a Super Bowl victory in February, defensive tackle Aaron Donald is now looking to score big again by putting his sophisticated Calabasas mansion on the California real estate market for $6.25 million.
Donald purchased the home from The Honest Company CEO Nick Vlahos for $4.7 million in 2019, Dirt reported.
The six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom “trophy estate,” as the listing on Realtor.com calls it, sits in the guard-gated Oaks of Calabasas, a neighborhood for some of Hollywood’s bigwigs, including Katie Holmes and Bret Michaels, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Some special features across the home’s 7,036-square-foot interior and oasis-like exterior include:
Two-story entry
Billiards room
Playroom
Barber shop
Infinity pool
Glass covered patio
Outdoor kitchen and fireplace
Basketball court
Donald was selected by the Rams in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft and is a three-time Defensive Player of the Year, NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, seven-time first-team All-Pro and a Super Bowl champion.
Some were expecting Donald to announce his retirement from the NFL during the offseason, but while appearing on the “Million Dollaz Worth of Game” podcast, the tackle said he spoke with the Rams about returning for the 2022 season, The Rams Wire reported.
