The three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse was once the residence of Tupac Shakur, a legendary rapper who is considered one of the most influential music artists of his generation and beyond. The late rapper, who was born Lesane Parish Crooks, lived on the first floor of the residence in 1984 when he was 13, the listing on Realtor.com says.

The property sits on Greenmount Avenue, which was nicknamed “Tupac Shakur Way,” according to the Daily Mail. Even though the “California Love” artist will always be an icon in the West Coast music scene, he spent a much of his life in New York City — where he was born — before moving to Baltimore with his mother and younger sister, Baltimore Magazine reported.
