There’s a pool in living room of Pennsylvania home for sale. And you can walk on it
A home with a…unique feature has graced the real estate market in Transfer, Pennsylvania, for $2.99 million.
And when we say unique, we mean “James Bond villain” unique.
The huge 13,000-square-foot residence has an indoor pool directly under the living room — which would seem normal in a mansion, only, well, you can see the water through a glass floor. Not gonna lie, it’s pretty cool looking if you’re not plagued by vertigo.
Of course, there are other high-end features in and around the 10-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate, according to the listing on Zillow.com, including:
Barn with stables
Vaulted wine cellar
Cupola library
Gym
Huge theater
Atrium grow room
The hilltop home sits on 90 acres and overlooks Shenango Lake, the listing notes.
But back to that pool, which was highlighted by the Twitter account Best of Zillow, which showcases nifty-looking houses for sale.
“Who *doesn’t* need a pool under their living room floor?” they tweeted.
“Can also be used as a shark pool, just in case any business dealings go south.”
And people were amused.
“Wait do the movie theater seats not even have cupholders?????” one person said.
“Hey Santa…” someone quote tweeted.
“It looks like a hotel from the outside...” another said.
“This hot tub placement has me very confused,” one person pointed out.
Transfer is about 75 miles northwest of Pittsburgh.
The listing is held by Compass.
