Lucky lottery player wins jackpot prize in Florida. Where was the ticket sold?
Someone is holding a lottery ticket worth $123,296.92 in Florida, lottery officials said.
The winning lottery player, who has not come forward as of May 20, matched all five numbers in the evening Fantasy 5 drawing May 17 to win the game’s jackpot, the Florida Lottery said.
The winning numbers were 4, 15, 22, 27 and 30, lottery officials said.
The ticket came from a grocery store in Howey in the Hills, about a 35-mile drive northwest from Orlando, according to the lottery.
The odds of matching all five numbers to win a Fantasy 5 jackpot are 1 in 376,992, lottery officials said. The overall odds of winning are 1 in 7.58.
Tickets for the game cost $1, and drawings happen twice daily, according to lottery officials.
The jackpot as of May 20 is $100,000, the lottery said.
