Firefighters in Alaska got a surprise visit when a moose walked into their shop.

Video posted to the Anchorage Fire Department’s Facebook on June 24 shows the moment a moose walked through the department’s shop.

The department said the “momma moose came to the AFDShop to inspect” a brush truck.

“She seemed satisfied it’d serve well in the event of a wildfire,” the caption on the video said.

A man in the video can be heard yelling out, “there’s a moose in here,” before shutting his truck door.

The video then shows images of the moose reunited with her calves.

“She took her calves back to their regular habitat without providing feedback,” the fire department wrote.
