A Virginia man bought two lottery tickets worth $2 each and scored a jackpot prize on the second one, officials said.

James Lipscomb matched all five numbers in the July 24 Cash 5 with EZ Match drawing to win a top prize worth $205,001, the Virginia Lottery said in a July 29 news release.

The winning numbers were 5, 16, 23, 26 and 36, lottery officials said.

Lipscomb bought his tickets at a supermarket in King William, about a 30-mile drive northeast from Richmond, according to the lottery.

He told lottery officials he plans to use his winnings for upgrades on his home, and he’ll share some with his family and church.

The odds of winning the jackpot in the Cash 5 with EZ Match game are 1 in 1,221,759, according to the game’s web page.

The estimated jackpot for the July 29 drawing is $220,000, according to the lottery.
