RNC rolls out video ahead of Hillary Clinton’s S.C. visit

The Republican National Committee has prepared a greeting for 2016 Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton ahead of her visit to South Carolina on Wednesday.

The party released a one-minute web video mocking the former Secretary of State’s roundtables she has held with voters in the early presidential primary states of Iowa and New Hampshire. She will conduct a roundtable with minority small business owners in South Carolina.

The video suggests how Clinton’s camp stages the events. Several recent news reports have noted Clinton’s limited access to voters and the media since her campaign began in April.

Clinton is visiting South Carolina of the first time since she ran in the 2008 presidential primary, which then-Sen. Barack Obama won handily.

She will deliver the keynote address to the 2015 Day in Blue, which is hosted by the S.C. Democratic Women’s Council and the S.C. House Democratic Women’s Caucus. Clinton also will speak with Democratic state lawmakers.
