Midlands election offices open Saturday for voter registration

Saturday is the deadline to register to vote in the June 14 statewide primary election, and local elections offices will be open.

Voter registration offices in Lexington and Richland counties will be open from 9 a.m.-noon to accommodate last-minute registration. Absentee voting also will be available at the offices:

In Richland County, the Council District 10 primary will be held May 31.
