Chesnee High School assistant principal faces DUI charge
A Chesnee High School assistant principal was arrested early Saturday morning by the South Carolina Highway Patrol on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Joe Greene was charged with first offense DUI, according to Spartanburg County Detention Center records. He was booked just before 6 a.m. Saturday.
Greene was placed on administrative leave pending an administrative investigation, according to a statement from Spartanburg District 2 spokesperson Adrian Acosta.
