This is what more than $3M can buy you on Lake Murray in SC right now. Take a peek
If you want one of the most expensive homes on Lake Murray, you’d better have at least $3 million to spare.
The South Carolina housing market overall has seen prices rise steadily all year, mainly because of high demand and insufficient inventory, some industry experts say.
According to South Carolina Realty, as of October, the median sales price for a home in the state was $315,000 for the year, up 16.7% over last year. And yet, those prices don’t begin to compare to what you’d spend for a luxury home on Lake Murray.
The latest listings from Lake Homes Realty show dozens of homes on Lake Murray priced more than $1 million.
However, only three lake homes currently listed by Lake Homes Realty crack the $3 million mark.
