Don’t let the scorching heat of summer in South Carolina beat you down. Instead, you should consider taking your family to the nearest Regal Cinemas. The Tennessee-based theater chain is offering discounted movie tickets and snacks through its summer movie series.
“Summer is here, school is out, and this is your chance to spend some extra time with your kids,” the Regal’s website states.
The Regal Summer Movie Express series, which ends Aug. 7, includes $1 tickets on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings for select family-friendly films including “Kung Fu Panda 3” and “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.”

Regal Cinemas will sell discounted snacks for Summer Movie Express customers. The chain’s $5 deal includes a junior-sized drink, a snack-sized popcorn and fruit snacks. Dippin’ Dots will cost $3 extra.
