The job search website indeed.com currently has multiple listings for remote work in South Carolina that offer salaries of $200,000 a year or more. Here are five of the highest paying jobs listed as remote work in the state.
- The listing with highest potential pay is for a commercial solar sales executive with Live Oak Energy Systems, which offers in-house commercial solar and battery system design and installation services. The job posting lists pay between $125,000 and $450,000 a year for remote work in South Carolina. Key qualifications include experience with business to business sales, an ability to present proposal and financial options to clients, strong customer service skills and proficiency in computer skills.
- Another sales-related listing is for a therapy manager (sales rep) with Mainstay Medical, a medical device company. The job posting lists pay between $85,000 and $250,000 a year for remote work in Charleston. The company states that it needs a therapy manager to help with the North America commercial launch of ReActiv8, a neurostimulation therapy to treat mechanical chronic low back pain. Qualifications include five years in an outside sales position, a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or finance and proven sales experience.
- Price Waterhouse Coopers, which provides professional audit, advisory and tax services, needs a service management and operations manager to work remotely in Columbia for $100,000 to $232,000 a year. As part of a team, the person hired will help clients design and implement process strategies to address gaps in their cloud service delivery and service management proficiency.
- Infoblox, a cyber security company, posted that it will pay between $151,300 and $228,030 a year for a staff data scientist to work remote in Columbia. The person hired would work with the company’s software engineering and product teams to help turn ideas into AI solutions. Job candidates will need a minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering and at least four years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence or related fields.
- The company Gordian is willing to pay $109,500 to $203,500 a year for a senior director digital growth leader to work remote in Greenville. Job candidates should have a keen understanding of business and customer analytics. The person hired will be responsible for leading a team comprised of full-time staff, contractors and agencies to propel the company’s sales, operations and customer success efforts. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing within business to business high-tech industries and a proven track record of working with cross functional teams.
