World’s largest bounce house is coming to SC. See when and where
The largest outdoor bounce house in the world is coming to South Carolina next year.
This thing is 24,000 square feet. That’s slightly bigger than half a football field and includes bounce mansions, slides to an obstacle course, ball pits within ball pits, a bounce DJ and a bubble blasting bouncer. It stands 32 feet tall.
And while kids are certainly invited, it also has sessions for adults only.
Big Bounce America will be at Anderson Motor Speedway May 9-11. The Bounce House will also be in Columbia April 18-20, but a venue has not been chosen.
The idea for Big Bounce came about because XL Event Lab creators wanted to design something an entire family could enjoy together. And as things go, one bounce house leads to another and another and it got so big it now takes two days to blow the whole thing up.
Cammy Craig, co-CEO of XL Event Lab, told LA Weekly the idea is to have a festival-like experience.
“My favorite is the World’s Biggest Bounce House, as I love seeing the kids having a full-on dance party as our resident DJ spins tracks from a custom-built stage at the center of this bouncer,” he said. “We also have ball pits, climbing towers, basketball hoops, and giant slides inside the bounce house. Anything you could imagine being in a bounce house is inside this massive bouncer.”
There is The Giant inflatable obstacle course, OctoBlast part bouncer, part foam party, airSPACE with oversized slides, ball pits and aliens, and Sport Slam arena.
Each ticket is for a three-house session and begins with toddlers at $22 and increases based on age to adult only (16 and older) at $45.
