The highest paid open position on the South Carolina State government’s recruiting website is vice president for finance and business affairs at a salary between $167,056 and $212,270 a year at Trident Technical College in Charleston.

Trident Technical College is a public, two-year, institution with campuses in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties.

This position manages workers in budget development and tracking, fiscal records and accounting, internal review and accountability, the college bookstore and procurement of goods and services.

A master’s degree in finance, business, or related degree, a Certified Public Accountant, and a minimum of five years of senior-level financial management and leadership experience is required. The college prefers someone with experience with fund accounting and automated financial systems, problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.

“Proven leadership experience in driving organizational change and organizational growth is essential,” the job post says.

Central Carolina Technical College is looking for a vice president of business affairs at a salary between $155,000 and $175,000 a year.

The Sumter-based college needs someone to handle all fiscal matters, including budgeting and development of long-range plans.

Department of Mental Health-MHC Catawba is looking for a nurse practitioner at a salary between $83,219.00 and $153,973.00 a year.

The agency is located in Rock Hill.

The job involves treating patients with serious mental illness.

The Department of Juvenile Justice is looking for a psychologist at a salary of $68,397 and $126,547 a year.

The position is based in Richland County.
