Dog found abandoned with duct-taped head in South Carolina
A South Carolina Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying the owner of a dog found abandoned with duct tape around its mouth and face.
According to the the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, an anonymous call led deputies to the dog who was found abandoned with tape wrapped around her mouth and head yesterday in the 900 block of Rogers Road in Darlington.
The deputies were able to catch the dog and safely remove the tape. The dog was taken to Darlington County Animal Shelter for care and treatment.
