Honda sedan crashes, leaving one dead, three injured in Horry County, SC cops say
One person died and three others were injured after a car veered off the road in Horry County Saturday, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
The crash involved a 2008 Honda Accord that was traveling north on Cedar Branch Road, near Turkey Hollow Road at around 12:30 a.m. Saturday. That’s approximately eight miles north of North Myrtle Beach.
The car, carrying four people, ran off the road and struck a ditch before hitting a tree, a news release said.
One person in the car died and three were taken to an area hospital, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
Information on the deceased has not yet been released by the Horry County Coroner’s Office.
