Road in lower Richland County closing next week for bridge repair

SCDOT will close Old Bluff Road near Hopkins to repair a bridge over Dry Branch starting Monday.

The road is expected to reopen to traffic a week later on June 27.

A detour route will be in place guiding traffic along Bluff Road, Lower Richland Boulevard, Cabin Creek Road and Congaree Road.
