Hurricane Matthew’s path toward South Carolina changes in latest projection
The tracking map released by The National Hurricane Center at 5 p.m. Tuesday projects Hurrciane Matthew off the South Carolina-North Carolina coast about 2 p.m. Saturday, a change from an earlier projection that showed it near the same region at 8 a.m. Saturday.
