The College Women's World Series starts May 28 with eight teams - including five from the SEC - competing for a title in Oklahoma City.

That begs the question: Who's been the most dominant team in the game? The Women's College World Series began being played in 1982. And, right from the start, UCLA showed it would be a powerhouse. The Bruins beat Fresno State for the first title.

UCLA will have a chance at the 13th title - by far the most by any team - as the No. 8 seed in this tournament. The Bruins are joined by Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Tennessee, Texas and Texas Tech.
