Letters: Rutherford has a conflict of interest

I question the ethics of a member of the legislative delegation that appoints the Richland County Recreation Commission and then represents a commissioner as an attorney.

Rep. Todd Rutherford should resign and let someone who isn’t involved in appointing the commissioners represent any commissioners who are in legal trouble. It looks like the fox is watching the hen house.
