Letters: Peaceful protests occur in daylight, not under cover of darkness

I believe that protests held during the daylight hours would cause a lot fewer problems than protests held at night.

Responsible citizens have every right to be seen and heard, but I wonder if those who show up only under the cover of darkness are afraid of being caught doing something other than peaceful protesting.

Prove me wrong?
