Letters: A pleasant surprise at DMV office

Recently I had the misfortune of losing my wallet. Soon after I’d given up on finding it, I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles on Shop Road seeking a new driver’s license.

I was pleasantly surprised not only to be greeted with a smile but also to receive efficient and expeditious service.

Thanks to whoever was responsible for making those changes at that facility.
