Letters: Trump shows ignorance on climate change

Climate change is not the sexiest issue in the presidential election, but it may be the most important. It is also instructive.

Donald Trump has labeled climate change a fabricated Chinese plot and has not acknowledged it as a real problem. Here one can see Mr. Trump’s mode of stigmatizing others to hide his own lack of knowledge and his lack of respect for science and information.

He is a conspiracy theorist on this issue as well as many other issues, but in this case we have sound scientific information that exposes him as ignorant and dangerous.
