Letters: Mike Pence great at changing the subject

Mike Pence is an attractive man with real political experience, as a member of Congress and governor of Indiana. Also he has experience as the host of a talk show, and he does know how to talk.

And therein lies the problem: Asked a question, he talks and talks and talks beyond the point when anyone remembers the question. His purpose is to cover up for the untruths spoken by his boss, Donald J. Trump. He hopes listeners will forget the question, but television has recorded the original Trump statements. And eventually, despite all the talk, the truth will out.
