Letters: Trump is our only hope for change
Ask yourself: How did a non-politician beat out 16 seasoned politicians in the Republican primaries? Most of the Republican voters realized that the Republican Party was in cahoots with the Democratic Party and that these professional career politicians would keep their jobs no matter which party won.
For years, the parties just took turns: Gerald Ford (R), Jimmy Carter (D), Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush (R), Bill Clinton (D), George W. Bush (R), Barack Obama (D).
So, what are our choices? Hillary Clinton? More of Obama? She’s been in politics all her life (and somehow has become a millionaire).
Not voting, or voting for a third-party candidate who doesn’t stand a chance? That will siphon votes away from Donald Trump, thereby guaranteeing a Hillary victory. Donald Trump, a non-politician who says he loves America, the Constitution, closed borders, free enterprise and job creation. No contest. It’s now or never, people.
