Letters: Democrats should move past election

When I watch the protests over Donald Trump’s election, I see large groups of white people demonstrating. It makes me wonder where the African-American, Latino and Asian voters are. Weren’t they the ones Hillary Clinton was counting on?

Perhaps they are much smarter than she gave them credit. They looked, listened and yes remembered the past eight years of promises that their lives would be much better under Barack Obama. Exit polls showed they weren’t completely buying her rhetoric. They were wise enough to take their chances for a real change.

Hillary Clinton has no right to blame FBI Director James Comey for her loss; his involvement was related to her lack of judgment regarding her e-mails. This loss lies totally at her feet. It would do our nation well if Democrats would accept the results, and move on to help bring our nation together.
