Letters: Why write about notorious killers?
I don’t view myself as a prude or ultra-conservative, but the Nov. 12 article, “7 of South Carolina’s most notorious killers,” was in very poor taste considering the killings and shootings across the country.
The article is reminiscent of the many meaningless and useless reality TV shows: pure trash without any social value. It reminds me of the total lack of thought by the Columbia Metropolitan Airport’s commission when it allowed a local gun manufacturer to post large posters picturing an assault-type weapon with the message, “Yes, we carry.”
I consider this kind of article to be dangerous; you should consider the many sick minds in this state that are affected and prone to action.
