The Easter egg hunt at Spirit Communications Park was the most unorganized event I have ever been to. I invited my daughter’s family to go thinking it sounded like so much fun. It started at 5:30, but we weren’t able to get in until almost 6, and the schedule we saw in line showed that the hunt for children up to age 3 started at 6:15. My husband and I had to literally run to the other side of the field to get one of our granddaughters there on time.

The plastic eggs were just thrown on top of the grass, they had nothing in them, and it was so bad, some children did not even get any. Kids were crying, parents were cussing, the music was inappropriate for children. Only one concession stand was open for kids to get a hot dog, chips and a drink, and the lines were crazy. Our grandchildren never got food or their faces painted, and playground equipment was unsafe for smaller children.

It was awful. We will never do that again.
