Letters: Widening Leesburg Road a waste
We continuously hear that we don’t have the money to repair South Carolina’s roads while we run the obstacle course on city streets, urban roads and interstates, dodging pot holes, cracks and bumps. Since money is short, I fail to see how we can afford pet projects like the widening of a four-mile stretch of Leesburg Road, which is going to be devastating to the homeowners’ property.
