Letters: Trump putting Americans at risk

What does it take for Congress to understand that this president is incapable of carrying out his duties? As a result of his incompetence, we are rapidly losing respect around the world from our most loyal and cherished allies. Our security depends on the security of our friends and allies. The Republican Party will sink with this president if Republicans don’t wake up and smell the coffee.

With every single tweet, he is putting the great men and women who serve this countryoverseas in harm’s way. I spent 21 years defending the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Republicans need to quit the whining, get to work and do what is right for this country. Trump and his staff need to go. The 25th Amendment is quicker than impeachment.
