Letters: Veto of new school buses was shortsighted

So, Gov. Henry McMaster vetoed $20.5 million for new school buses, explaining that lottery money should be for college scholarships only. Perhaps before picking up his veto pen, Henry should have considered this: You can’t get to college if you can’t get to school.
