Letters: Here’s a better choice for Columbia flag

I’m sure there must have been an oversight in the June 17 newspaper that displayed the 19 finalists for the new Columbia flag: The most appropriate new flag for Columbia is the Jolly Roger. It truly represents Columbia’s continued piracy relating to its treatment of its sewer and water customers.
