Letters: Fireworks ruin Fourth of July, New Year’s Eve
I am a disabled Vietnam veteran, and I and a lot of other people don’t get to enjoy the Fourth of July or New Year’s Eve because the fireworks in our neighborhoods sound like mortar fire.
