Sunday letters: Absorb S.C. State into USC’s system
It’s been more than 50 years since the civil rights act was enacted and integration was implemented.
Why can’t our state get the message? Integrate S.C. State University into USC. Not only will it assure better administration; it will save money by erasing administrative duplication.
