Cut taxes? Try paying the bills first

I beg President Trump and Republican leaders of Congress not to cut taxes. I beg them to raise my federal income tax.

American taxpayers must send billions to help millions of Texans. The increase in Defense Department spending and the decision to continue making war in Afghanistan will cost more billions. Billions more are needed to give adequate health insurance to Americans.

I beg them to raise my taxes to take care of our needs and wants.

Please do not keep piling our national debt on my children and grandchildren.
