DACA opens a whole new can of worms

The idea of turning Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals into federal law raises many questions.

If the Dreamers are allowed to stay in the United States, what about the parents or guardians who brought them here? Did the adults just drop their children at the border and say good luck and go back home? Are these parents here illegally now also? Will they get to stay also? How can the parents be told to leave, and have the children stay on their own? How many of the Dreamers have sufficient income to stay here on their own? Is the United States providing income to the Dreamers or to their parents?
