If only we had a lot more guns

The problem is not too many guns but too few. Everyone age 11 or older should be required to carry a gun. Two kills should be required to vote. Candidates should be required to have 10 kills before running for office. Presidential candidates should have 100 kills, including one certified mass murder of 50 or more.

This would solve many problems. There would be much less traffic congestion, and hence much less cost to maintain the roads. There would be plenty of jobs for anyone willing to work. The population would not keep growing and stressing our resources. Plenty of housing would be available for any homeless. The possibilities are limitless.
