Offended by players? Have you ever watched NFL fans?

Have any of the many Americans who vehemently oppose athletes’ — and everyone’s — peaceful protests ever actually attended an NFL football game?

As the national anthem plays, hundreds — sometimes thousands — of sports fans are talking, eating, drinking beer, using restrooms and unceasingly checking their phones. Where’s the outrage? Quietly kneeling seems respectful in comparison.
