Why do SC Uber drivers get special treatment?

Why don’t Uber drivers have to be tested for tuberculosis in South Carolina when taxi drivers, school bus drivers and all other people who drive others for a living have to in order to have their jobs? What’s good for one group must be good for all groups or else be done away with for all.

Where does this double standard leave the people of South Carolina who use public transportation? Somebody should look into this matter.
