State Rep. Alan Clemmons is absolutely correct: There is no saving by changing the clock (“It’s been called ‘humanity’s dumbest ritual.’ Should SC stop doing it?” Nov. 17).

Individual states changing or not changing to daylight savings time causes problems with plane schedules, etc., so the nation should look at staying with the same time the year through.
