Nuclear surcharge costs more than we realize

It’s easy to forget that residential customers aren’t the only ones paying the 18 percent SCE&G surcharge for the planned and now abandoned nuclear reactors at Jenkinsville. Businesses such as restaurants, department stores and gas stations also pay it and must charge their customers for their added costs. I wonder when manufacturers will start considering these costs when planning where to locate.
