Quinn needs to spend time in jail
Two years of work by at least six SLED agents and the FBI to investigate corruption in the Legislature is a joke if former Rep. Rick Quinn gets no jail time. He and his family have made millions.
Most of the lawmakers are good people, but the ones who have taken money illegally should get some jail time. That’s the only way to stop it. You can be sure that a police officer would get jail time if he stole money.
