‘Like peanut butter and jelly’? Some things just go together

I recently saw a story on TV about an ex-military couple who had adopted seven children. They said the children liked the structure and the discipline of the family working together.

When a 10-year-old boy was asked what he liked about the family, his said he had never before been in a home where both parents lived there and that it was “like peanut butter and jelly.”

Does that not say it all?
