SCE&G ratepayers will end up paying for our rebate’

The $1,000 refund that Dominion Energy is promising is nothing more than a loan to ratepayers. If allowed to keep charging us for the abandoned nuclear plants, we will pay the $1,000 back with our monthly bills.

It seems like SCANA and Dominion have the best lawyers and accountants they can hire with our money.
